Bill has the position of overseeing both the store and the service department.
This responsibility of assuring that each walk-in customer has the right fastener for their
tool and the right tool for the job, combined with the responsibility that every repaired tool
is working to our complete satisfaction, has helped us to be a better supplier to our
diverse customer base. He comes from management in the material handling industry and also brings knowledge of construction and motor freight. This knowledge, combined with mechanical ability, is a great asset to the firm.
